New Portal - streamlining tax and reducing paperwork
Sick of printing, signing, scanning and then emailing accounting and tax documents?
Well there is some good news…
We now have access to a new portal system which allows you to digitally approve documents we send to you. How does this work?
- We'll send you an invitation to collaborate with us on the cloud.
- You accept our invitation on your computer or smart phone and set up a password to access your portal (this is not necessary if you are already signed up with MYOB).
- You'll receive a notification every time we upload a document for you to review.
- You review and digitally approve the document in seconds without physically printing, signing, scanning or emailing anything,
The good news is two-fold:
- The ATO has accepted that this system is an allowable alternative to a handwritten signature.
- You are now able to spend less time doing paperwork!
